Moon Jar Lamp

Ceramics students were instructed to create large-scale forms, and I wanted to make something that I would be able to use in my day-to-day life. I decided to create a moon jar with a lid that has shapes cut out that look like stars and moons. The jar has an opening for a light bulb and cord so it can be used as a decorative lamp.
